One Small Problem, One Major Transformation

There’s a number of reasons a homeowner may look into renovating their home. Whether it’s looking for an update, to improve functionality, create more storage, or a simple repair, the reasons are endless. For these homeowners, the reasoning that led them to their remodel was due to a problem too big to not have fixed. For ¾ of the year, homeowners would not be able to identify the problem, but once the temperature drops, the problem is hard to miss. Due to the construction of the roof, during the winter months, icicles would always form. Although this could sound like an ideal winter setting, the icicles would droop down, constantly blocking the front entrance to the home. Unable to access their front door, Homeowners knew there needed to be a change. Our job was to solve the homeowners problem while preserving the beauty of the home. Fixing the roof was just the start.

After the new roof was complete, the job didn’t stop there. The homeowners were interested in adding an addition that spanned across two floors. To achieve this, two walls had to be removed to make room for the expansion. To match the new exterior, homeowners were interested in upgrading the interior as well. Upon walking inside the Bryson home you’ll see an updated Primary Bath, Great Room, Dining Room, and Kitchen.

The other major project we tackled for these homeowners was their detached garage. Serving its usual purpose, homeowners wanted to enhance the space, adding livable areas to turn a 2 car garage into a 3 car guest home. We wanted this remodel to seamlessly blend in with the main home. This renovation took us 9-12 months to complete. We made sure to match the exterior to be the same as the main house, creating a cohesive look. If you were to step inside the Carriage House, the first feature to catch your eye is a standout fireplace with custom trim and built-in bookcases. Upon further inspection you would find a deck with sliding doors, offering stunning views of the golf course, and a unique Porthole window. Equipped with a bathroom, living, and bedroom, this guest house now has everything it needs to maximise its potential and welcome guests whenever needed.
